Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ZipISA handles information for agents, homeowners, AI ISA outreach, billing, analytics, and privacy rights requests.

Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Truth Group, doing business as "ZipISA," collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across zipisa.com, the ZipISA app, and related services.
ZipISA serves two groups of people: Agents who create accounts and use the Services, and Homeowners whom ZipISA identifies and contacts on an Agent's behalf.
Outreach is sent under an automated AI assistant ("AI ISA") identity, not under the Agent's name or likeness. The Agent's identity is introduced only after a homeowner expresses interest and a meeting is scheduled.
1. Contact information
Truth Group (d/b/a ZipISA)

Email: support@zipisa.com
For privacy requests, email support@zipisa.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
2. Information we collect about Agents
- Account and profile data such as name, work email, phone number, brokerage or business details, license information, selected territories, mailing address, and calendar or booking links.
- Billing data such as plan selection, subscription status, and transaction identifiers. Card and bank details are collected by our payment processor rather than stored by ZipISA.
- Communications, support messages, settings, preferences, and related operational records.
3. Information we collect about Homeowners
- Contact data such as name, postal address, email address, and where applicable telephone number.
- Property and seller-intent context such as property attributes, expired-listing status, valuation-request activity, distressed or relocating indicators, and related publicly or commercially available indicators.
- Outreach and reply data such as sent messages, delivery and engagement events, reply content, conversation summaries, suppression status, opt-outs, and appointment activity.
4. Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data such as pages viewed, actions taken, referring pages, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, and preference storage.
- Security events such as sign-in activity and information used to detect fraud, abuse, or misuse.
5. Sensitive information
ZipISA does not intentionally collect government identifiers, financial account contents, health data, precise geolocation, or other categories defined as "sensitive" under applicable law.
Indicators associated with financial distress or relocation are used only to estimate the likelihood that a homeowner may sell and are not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about a person.
6. Sources of information
- Agents directly, during signup, setup, billing, and product use.
- Third-party data providers, brokers, public records, and publicly available sources.
- ZipISA's own internal processing, scoring, and operational signals.
- Service providers such as Stripe, messaging infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and hosting providers.
- Automatic collection through the website and app.
7. How we use information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including identifying candidate homeowners in an Agent's selected territory.
- Send outreach communications under an AI ISA identity on an Agent's behalf without using the Agent's name, likeness, or contact details in the outreach itself.
- Process homeowner replies, generate conversation summaries, suggest next steps, route or book meetings, and maintain suppression lists.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, provide support, secure the Services, investigate misuse, analyze performance, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
8. Automated processing and artificial intelligence
ZipISA uses automated systems, including third-party large language model providers, to read inbound replies, summarize conversations, draft or select message content, and route or flag threads. Homeowner reply content and related context may be transmitted to those providers only to perform those functions.
ZipISA does not use these systems to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual without human involvement. The Agent remains responsible for whether and how to follow up.
9. How we share information
ZipISA does not sell information for money, but some sharing or analytics activity could be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under certain state privacy laws.
- With service providers and subprocessors supporting cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS, analytics, large language model operations, payments, support, and security.
- With Agents so they can review reply content, conversation summaries, appointment information, and the identity of homeowners contacted in their territory.
- With homeowners only after they express interest and a meeting is scheduled, at which point the Agent's identity and contact or calendar details may be disclosed.
- With legal, regulatory, safety, or transaction counterparties when required by law or in connection with business transfers.
10. Email, SMS, and suppression
Commercial emails include sender identity, a valid physical postal address, and a working unsubscribe mechanism. ZipISA honors unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than required by law.
Where SMS is used, recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Once a homeowner opts out by any channel, ZipISA adds them to a suppression list to prevent further outreach of that type.
11. Retention, cookies, analytics, and security
ZipISA retains information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as support, billing, tax, accounting, legal compliance, and honoring suppression obligations.
ZipISA uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, keep users signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. Browser settings may disable some cookies, but doing so may affect functionality.
ZipISA uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. California residents
California residents may have rights to know or access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, along with a right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights.
To make a request, email support@zipisa.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line, or use any opt-out link or STOP reply provided in outreach.
13. Residents of other U.S. states
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.
To exercise those rights, contact support@zipisa.com. If ZipISA denies a request, you may appeal by replying to the decision where applicable.
14. Homeowners
Homeowners may opt out of further outreach by using any unsubscribe link, replying STOP to a text, or emailing support@zipisa.com.
Homeowners may also ask what information ZipISA holds about them, request correction or deletion, and ask ZipISA to identify the Agent on whose behalf they were contacted.
15. Data broker disclosure, children, and international users
Because ZipISA obtains homeowner information from third-party providers and public sources and makes it available to Agents, ZipISA may be considered a "data broker" under certain state laws and will honor required registration, deletion, and opt-out obligations where applicable.
The Services are intended for business use by adults. ZipISA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
ZipISA operates in the United States and processes and stores information in the United States. The Services are not directed to individuals in the EEA, UK, or similar jurisdictions based on location-specific laws.
16. Changes and contact
ZipISA may update this Policy from time to time. When it does, it will revise the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
Questions or privacy requests should be sent to support@zipisa.com.
