Signing in
- How do I sign in?
- Go to www.zipisa.com/login and enter your email address. We email you a 6-digit code - there is no password to remember.
- Which email do I use?
- The email you used at checkout (the one your receipt went to). Codes only go to the address on your account.
- I did not get my code.
- Give it a minute and check spam/junk. You can request a new code after the short cooldown. Still nothing? Make sure you typed the exact email you checked out with.
- It says "no account found."
- That usually means a different email than the one used at checkout. Try your receipt email. If your card recently failed, access can pause until billing is updated - email support and we will sort it out.
